Studio Room at Castle Street student accommodation

A Double Studio Single or Double Occupancy room is available at Collegiate Castle Street student accommodation.

The studio room is en suit, two beds, fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of space for storage.

The accommodation offers a cinema room, 2 sauna rooms, an indoor gym, a lounge, pool tables, and an enclosed study area, as well as spaces for you to store your bicycle which has cameras.

The accommodation is fully secure with CCTV all over the building and a 24 hours reception. The room is on the ground floor.

The accommodation is not far from the city centre with bus stops in front of the accommodation which is very convenient when travelling long distances.

All bills are included in the price.

If you are moving in with a friend you will need to apply for double occupancy at the reception. It is an extra 25%.

I currently live in this property, but will be moving back to my country before July of 2024. Therefore, I am looking for someone who can takeover my contract from the 1st of July 2024 till my contract ends on August 31st 2024. Once you takeover my contract you can extend it, but you will need to discuss with the manager first.
