I'm looking to find my replacement as I'm moving out after 2 years in this home!

Perfect location just off mill road. Close to coop, beehive centre, train station and bus stop to addenbrookes and city centre.

My housemate is a student and also works locally. She's friendly and sociable, but also enjoys her own space and would respect yours as well. She's clean and tidy and would prefer someone who also maintains general cleanliness and tidiness around the house! LGBTQ friendly.

Bills not included but water & wifi comes to £50pm. Gas & electric is calculated month to month but roughly £100pm. Council tax band C.
