Very large and bright double room in central Cambridge. My property is in a very desirable street within the Kite area of central Cambridge. Very pretty street and very convenient for access to city centre, colleges and faculties. 5 minutes walk to city centre and many green spaces and 20 minutes walk the Cambridge central station (5 min bike ride). The property is very close to bus routes to science parks, Addenbrookes and the west Cambridge sites.
I live alone with my friendly German Shepherd, so would love a tenant who loves dogs!. My home is very warm and cosy with a lovely private garden with nature pond. Preferably looking for a professional who works during the day or a full time mature student. The room has under bed storage (4 large drawers), a wardrobe and desk with comfortable chair. There’s also room for a small sofa , tv unit and table to put kettle if wanted. Also enough space for a small fridge if required although totally free to use the kitchen and living/dining areas. No couples please.
