The Process
You will be taking over the tenancy via the agency (Gray & Toynbee). You will need to pass standard referencing (income/employment check).
How the subsidy works: You sign the official agency agreement at £650/mo. I will transfer the subsidy amount (approx. £1,200 total covering the remaining months) directly to the agency rent account or to you as a lump sum upon signing, whichever you prefer for peace of mind.
