1 room available, property is located in a very central area.

1 double rooms with a single bed and a large desk

My friend/housemate will be away for traveling & PHD projects so we are renting the room to cover the rent and cost until he comes back.

👉🏼We are looking for someone responsible, honest and friendly to take over the room for a period of time.

This is a calm and friendly environment we are all very respectful of each other and we want to feel everyone comfortable and relaxed.

We have a garden, free parking, dining room, kitchen, broadband, and a cleaning rota that we all do once a week to keep the house and bathroom clean and tidy. If you don’t like doing the cleaning or have no time you can always pay a cleaner when it’s your turn for cleaning that’s not a problem 🙌🏻

No couples or pets sorry.
