Spacious room available in central Cambridge

Hello!

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am moving out to Ely. The house is located about a 10 minute walk from the station and 15 minute walk from the town and despite being close to Hills road, is very peaceful and quiet as it far enough down Norwich street to avoid any noise. The street is also very friendly and runs a summer party each year. It is a great location to live in Cambridge.

The house itself has a nice living room, one downstairs bedroom, a cosy kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a storage closet. Then upstairs there are another two large bedrooms, an office room and another large bathroom. There is a garden round the back that you can access only through the back door of the house.

The remaining two housemates are lovely friendly people who are very easy to live with. We are looking for a kind, considerate and clean housemate, ideally a young professional looking for their own space in a friendly house. Possible move in date can be very soon as I am currently arranging my next tenancy to start in the near future.
