Lovely Spacious Room - City Centre Near ARU

Hi there!

We are looking for a fourth housemate for our townhouse in the city centre. The room is bright, cozy, fully furnished with a nice big desk, and the location is very central - close to ARU and the Grafton Centre, plenty of supermarkets, cafes and shops, and within easy walking distance of both the train station and the university. It's a convenient spot for getting around the city.

Our ideal housemate would be kind, easy going and considerate. We're especially open to Interns and visiting Researchers of all ages and nationalities.

We are a professional couple, and you’d also be sharing with a third person. We enjoy going on cycle rides, gardening in our allotment, and lively political conversations. The overall atmosphere is open, relaxed, tidy-ish, and respectful - everyone has their own space, but we're always up for a chat in the kitchen or a cycle ride together on the weekend.
