Room in central Cambridge town house

The room is comfortable and bright with a desk and additional storage. The bed can be either a double or single depending on your preference.

The house is beautifully furnished. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, underfloor heating etc. The open plan dining and living room has a working fireplace. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one person. The second bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. Secure bike parking is available in the patio garden. We are able to get a car parking permit for the Kite area.

The house is in a quiet residential street between Parker's Piece, Christ's Pieces and the Grafton centre in central Cambridge. The location gives easy access to the city centre, Mill Road, and the train and bus stations, making it perfect for professionals and academics working in and around Cambridge.

You would be living with a researcher and a teacher. We are considerate, independent, and friendly. Our previous flatmate has moved out due to house purchase and wedding.

Short term let available up to 31st August with option to renew or a long term contract at lower cost possible with the landlord. Move in dates available from start of May. Bills c.£190pcm.
