Hi everyone! We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a lovely room in our 3-bedroom house near Mill Road, as our current housemate is moving to another country. Available from 15th June.

The house and location
The 3-bedroom house is in a great location near Mill Road, which is a quiet, convenient area, a 10-minute walk to the train station, 20-minute walk to Cambridge city centre.

Fully equipped kitchen and shared living room, bathroom; fully equipped appliances, like TV, washing machine, stoves, oven, airfryer, etc.

Rent & Cost
•Rent: £550/month (excluding bills)
•Bills: approx. £140/month
•Deposit: £577
•Furniture: The room is originally unfurnished, but comes with existing furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe etc.) for £250

Tenancy
•Looking for someone long-term (minimum 1 year)
•Managed by an agency (they’ll handle referencing, paperwork, and contract updates)

About Us
I’m Yan, working for a conservation NGO. Katie is a final-year PhD student.
We’re both 30 years old. We are easy going and enjoy a mix of social time (cooking, walking, watching TV, occasional fun activities or friends visiting), but we also enjoy the relaxed days at home and respect each other’s space.
