Looking for a sociable but responsible 5th person to share a mixed shared house in THODAY Street. This rather special and rarely available room is a converted 2nd floor loft in a a typical Victorian terraced house, very close to Mill Rd, and all the amenities that has to offer (cafes, pubs, supermarkets all just a couple of minutes walk away).
It's a lovely room as it's very quiet, light & spacious. -Sorry, but it's offered for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only (so no couples I'm afraid as it upsets the dynamics' & balance of the house). The house has high-speed VM internet, a shared lounge area next to the kitchen, a small garden with rear-access for bikes and wheelie-bins etc.. There's rear access to the garden, and covered area for bike storage.
