We have a small single room available in our house. It's on a quiet residential street near the Grafton Centre, so it's convenient for both the station and the city centre.
We are looking for a young professional to join us, rather than a student, due to the council tax. The room is available from April 4th or possibly earlier for the right person. It's also important that you're comfortable living with someone who's gay.
The current tenants are a young professional and a PhD student. On top of the rent of £270pcm are utilities (around £30 per month) and council tax (around £80 a month).
The room is quite small, and contains a single bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. The house is fairly basic in terms of furnishings but the price is extremely reasonable for somewhere this central!
