We are an international, welcoming, quiet household looking for an independent professional person to share our large and comfortable house and garden. Central location, 10 minutes cycle to town or Science Park, and near the river and parks. Easy car parking.
Two large rooms (eg for study and bedroom) 850 / month for both. They are bright and spacious with adjacent bathroom and toilet, shared with myself and two other people. We enjoy a clean and tidy house and are looking for a housemate who respects others and will keep the kitchen we all share clean.
