Double room to let in 3 bed house

We are on the hunt for 2 new sociable housemates to take our places in our lovely home and have 2 large double rooms up for grabs...

We are situated on Bermuda Rd which is just a 10 minute walk into the city centre, the river and Jesus Green. It also has very easy access for the A14, pubs restaurants and shops.

The bedrooms available are spacious doubles situated at the back and the top of the house. Whilst we have kitted out the property the rooms are unfurnished (some stuff could be left on negotiation tho). The house also boasts a large shared bathroom, an open plan living room / dining room and a kitchen and utility room out the back. There is a small garden out back with room for some seating and a shed.

And now the boring stuff. The rent works out around £475 each per month excluding bills. We have set up a house account that we each contribute £125 to each month to cover all bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, sky tv and broadband) and a little extra for everyday essentials and the odd sunday dinner so total would be £600pcm. The property is maintained by Redmayne, Arnold & Harris who have been helpful throughout the tenancy (over 2 years).
