Quality double bedroom, near-central Cambridge

I have a very clean and comfortable small double room available on a Monday-to-Friday basis to a quiet, mature professional. There is scope for some rent reduction for someone who would be staying for fewer than 4 nights during the working week, on a consistent and reliable basis.

The house is a spacious Victorian terraced house in a leafy and pleasant neighbourhood. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the town centre.

The room has an oak-framed double bed with a mattress, white/wood furniture, a cream armchair, and neutral sisal/wool carpeting. It is very clean.

The bathroom is spacious and well-ventilated with a good pressure shower over the bath ad a heated towel rail. In the mornings, if you're an early riser, you would almost always have sole use of the bathroom before you leave for work.

There is shared use of a kitchen/diner, for simple suppers.

The rent includes fast, unlimited wifi broadband and all utility bills. Bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided, unless you prefer to bring your own.

I currently have a fortnightly cleaner, for which there is no additional charge.
