Double Room Available with two female professional

Hi all,

Sadly one of our housemates moving out, so we have a double room up for grabs!

We are looking for a professional to join a friendly household.

You will be joining two awesome ladies who love a good night out (maybe not at the moment...) equally as much as a chilled day watching films in the lounge.

The house is in a fabulous location a short walk from Jesus Green and Midsummer Common, with the town centre 15 minutes away.

The house consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, downstairs bedroom and a utility room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a small spare room. We also have a small garden which we use in the summer for BBQ’s and catching a few rays of sunshine after work or on the weekend!

The double room for rent is downstairs & unfurnished.

Rent is £350 and bills come to approximately £140pcm (this will vary due to the current energy prices. Includes-water, gas, electricity, TV Licence, internet and council tax).

The deposit is £525.00.

The room will be available from 1st June 2022 for a minimum of six months.
