There is a lovely room available in a shared flat in central Cambridge, a stone's throw from Bridge Street / Castle Hill. The flat is shared with one other person.

The apartment is luminous, functional, modern and comfortable. It has a communal garden area that is very well looked after.

It is very central, making it easy to walk anywhere in central Cambridge. It also has access to on-street parking in the surrounding streets.

It has a shared bathroom and a shared living room / kitchen. There is also a spare room that serves as a shared study and doubles over as a guest room when guests come and stay. There is some furniture though there may be additional items to add, depending on your requirements. Bills over and above the rental amount include electricity, broadband and council tax.

I (the other tenant) am a professional female; I am clean, tidy, organised, responsible. I travel quite a bit for work. I am sociable, but I am also very respectful of people's space. I tend to view the house as a place of relaxation / a haven of tranquillity so I am looking for someone similarly-minded.
