Bright, cozy room in friendly house share

This spacious house is centrally located on Jesus Green, with instant access to the river and the centre of town. Pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, and grocery stores are all just a short walk away.

The flat comes furnished with all the usual amenities: large living room, fully equipped kitchen (incl. oven and washing machine), central heating, bathroom, and separate toilet. The available room (unfurnished) is a large single/small double on the second floor overlooking the back garden with a large, bright bay window. A single bed with mattress, bookcase, and set of drawers can be made available for personal use, if necessary.

The room is available from 9th December 2017 to 10 September 2018 as a joint tenancy with three other occupants. References are required. The monthly rent (£470) does not include bills, which are approximately £125 pounds per month. This covers electricity, gas, water, council tax, internet and a fortnightly cleaner. In addition, the letting agency charges a referencing and contract paperwork fee. A deposit of £684 is also required prior to signing. This may sound like a lot all together, but it’s a fantastic place, so it’s good value for money.

You would be sharing the house with three young professionals, all very friendly and easy going. We are each relatively independent, but enjoy sharing the occasional meal and often get together for various activities. The house is generally quiet, but friends are always welcome.
