A lovely fully furnished double room available in this spacious professional house share just off Barton Road near Wolfson College with excellent access to City Centre and the main rail station (10-15mins cycle).

The room is furnished with quality bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside cabinets.

Communal Areas
There are two shower/bathrooms rooms which are shared between all 5 house mates.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all required appliances (fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster) plus all utensils, crockery, etc. with door out into the patio and small back garden. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is comfortable and homely giving housemates chance to sit and chat or watch TV together. All communal areas are maintained by our weekly cleaner and gardener.

The garden is maintained by our gardener and has patio with table and chairs together with a BBQ for those summer evenings.

All utility bills are included together with Broadband.

All our housemates are professionals and we reference and personally speak to all our tenants to ensure a friendly, happy home.

The only additional charge will be a one off referencing and registration/admin fee of £200.00 with NO deposit to pay!
