I have a lovely, clean, double bedroom available to rent with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, all bills included.

The kitchen includes:

- Microwave
- Kettle
- Fridge
- Freezer
- Washing Machine
- Cutlery, utensils, plates, pots and pans (although feel free to bring your own)

The bed is 3/4 sized (i. e. not quite a standard double).

Off Road Parking Space available.

Garage available for additional storage space.

Would be suitable for a professional who is clean and tidy looking for mid-long term stays, although short stays also considered.

I work approximately 50% of the time at home on average during the week.

Couples considered at 50% addition of the advertised rate.

One months rent deposit required upfront.
