A large double room in a spacious 4 bed house

10 minute cycle to Addenbrookes Hospital
3 minute walk to Stagecoach bus services
Easy access to grocery shops and restaurants
15 minute cycle to city centre

Room includes a bed (I like to sleep on the floor/as per picture but a proper bedframe will be provided), wardrobe, bedside tables, and a cupboard.

Shared living spaces include sitting room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room/pantry, garage, large garden/patio space & parking.

Current tenants are a teacher, a pharmacist and a publisher - all girls. One housemate is new to the house and the others have been here 2-5 years. We would prefer a male housemate to keep some balance but we're
not fixed on that .
We are easy going, just looking for someone who is fairly quiet and respectful.

Please note - the current contract you would be joining if you move soon runs until July 2019 and then the next contract will run until July 2020. This room is suitable for long term lets. The move in date is flexible both ways..
