I have a double room for rent in a quiet location and am looking for a new flatmate for Monday to Friday let. The room is newly decorated and includes wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and bed. You'll have access to the kitchen, shared lounge, bathroom, parking, garden and place to lock your bike. I also have an additional spare room (not for rent!) which you'd be welcome to store extra items in if needed (see photos).
My home is an excellent location:

- Babraham Institue 6 miles
- 3min walk to nearest bus stop
You'll be sharing with myself and my very independent cat Suki - so a cat lover is a bonus! I'm a sociable person but am out and about during the week doing some sort of sport so am often tired from a busy day. I'm looking for someone who is like minded - quiet, clean and tidy, and who respects other peoples space.
