The room is a bright, cosy single bedroom - fully furnished. Could fit a double bed if required.

A spacious property with large shared living room and kitchen. Shared bathroom as well as a separate W/C on the ground floor. There is an office next to the room free to use for working from home with a large desk. The office is currently shared but will be regularly available for individual use and also free for new tenant to make their own.

Both off-street and on-street parking is available, plus a large garden with BBQ and friendly neighbours.
Within 2 min walk from ARM, less than 10min walk to the Cherry Hinton high street (with shops and pharmacy) and less than 10min walk to Tesco superstore.
15-20min cycle into Cambridge city centre with frequent buses (every 10mins).

We are very friendly, tidy and very laidback household with several hobbies, which new tenants are welcome to join in with! Regularly socialise and cook for each other in the evenings, if free to do so - but no commitment in doing so. We are both in the biochemistry field - one PhD student and one professional.
