We are a 20 min cycle into the city centre.
And a minute walk from the bus stop, which takes you right to town and Addenbrooke’s every 30 mins.
Tesco superstore is just round the corner and a Nisa 5 mins away.
Quicker in a car which you can park on the drive or road out front. Enclosed bike storage is provided too.

The room is newly painted and furnished, with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, happy to provide desk&chair if requested. The room is a converted garage, so leads off from the kitchen, and has its own French doors, you can use as an entrance or window.

The house has two bathrooms, one newly installed downstairs across the hall from the bedroom, with shower, and plenty of storage. Second bathroom is upstairs including a bath. You’d have full access to both.

The living room has a tv, sofa and dining table, with access to Amazon prime, Netflix and Disney included. We have a secure garden with washing lines for clothes drying, shed and plus 4 seater furniture set on a small patio. Plus summer time we try and grow our own veggies for the household to share.

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, gas stove, fan oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, and dishwasher. Happy for you to use or bring your pots/pans/crockery and cutlery just ask you take care of them :)

All bills are included; high speed broadband, council tax, electric, gas, water.

The room is available all week, but with Mon-Fri, or short term (4 months or less) rate available on request.
