The room:
An unfurnished double room in a shared house, available from 5th November 2014.

The house:
A clean and tidy quiet house shared with 2 females. You'd be sharing a bathroom with only one other. We have a shared kitchen area and comfortable lounge. The house is situated in great location (CB1) and close to shops and amenities, not too far from the city center (bus stops nearby and about a 15 minute cycle, 10 mins to train station). There is space to park nearby.

About us:
We're a mix of a mature student and a young professional. We share the housework and chores, and spend some evenings together with a chat over dinner. We aren't a party house, but if you are looking for a relaxed and friendly pad then this is the place for you! We are looking for the right person who will be friendly, considerate and easy going and will fit into our house comfortably.
