Double sized room (4.10m x 2.65m) with single bed and own bathroom (not ensuite). Monday to Friday preferred (450) would consider 7 day week, short term let (£600).

Use of well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dining area. I’ll always happy to have a chat and share a meal/glass of wine whenever but as the living area is open plan it could get a little cramped if shared on a daily basis!
Please note there is very little storage space.

Modern flat on the the 3rd floor (top) in a quiet, safe area conveniently situated, close to the river, green spaces, boat clubs. Tesco superstore 10 mins walk. Great pubs, cafes and local shops near by.

Just over a mile to the city centre, a lovely walk/cycle ride along by the river. Also a very good bus service every 10 mins either to town or Cambridge North station, a mile away.
Fibre Optic WiFi included. Secure undercover cycle and car park.
