Modern Duplex Double Room for young professional.

Hello! I'm Tom, a Primary School Teacher and I'm looking for a considerate, professional flatmate with similar working hours to share this lovely local flat with.

The Room:
There's an en suite toilet and shower, space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe etc. The room is unfurnished. 10 feet by 10 feet available floor space.

The House:
I've already furnished the living room but there's a modern fitted shared kitchen with dishwasher. The move in date is the first of September. There's also plenty of space for a bicycle in a locked bike shed. There's also off road parking available and in a family orientated area of Chesterton, with friendly neighbours.

Rent:
I've lived in this flat for one year. The monthly rent is £600, on average the total monthly cost with bills is ~£720 including council tax and all split communal bills.

Why am I advertising?
My long time friend and flatmate is moving out due to work moving him across Cambridgeshire.

Locality:
We're less than a minute from a number of local amenities including the Haymakers pub, a post office, a fish and chip shop, barbers and hairdressers and a small shop.

10 minute walk to the nearest launderette, Coop and Tescos and the Cam.

15 minute walk to Midsummer Common.

The flatmate:
I'm Tom a teacher from a small town who moved into Cambridge last year. I'm an active cyclist, social friend and love an excuse for a wander around the older parts of the city, especially if there's a coffee shop nearby.
