Double Room in Gorgeous 2-bed flat

Hey,
I am looking for a new housemate from August, with a new 1-year contract starting from the 1st September in this perfect 2-bed flat!
Situated on the first floor, we have 2 balconies with full-on sun all day, a large open living/dining/kitchen area, and obviously the two rooms and two bathrooms. I got the en-suite, but the other bathroom with bathtub would be yours to use (except for the occasional guest, once it will be allowed again).
By the time you would move in I will most likely have two kittens which will hopefully brighten up both of our days! So you have to be a cat lover obviously :)
The flat is fully furnished, so no need to bring anything extra. Your room comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, two bedside tables and a large mirror.
The flat also comes with a parking spot, and since I don't have one it could be yours to use.
The neighbourhood, in general, is just lovely! It is within a housing complex, so there is very little traffic and all the neighbours are super friendly and help each other out. It is a 2min cycle to the high Tesco and the nearby Beehive Center, so you'd have everything you need. The river and parks are close by as well! Cambridge North is also reachable within a 6 min cycle.

About myself, I'm a 30yo professional who loves cooking and keeping myself generally quite busy. I am very sociable and generally easy-going. I am a smoker but do that exclusively on the balcony. I like to keep the flat tidy and would wish the same from you. Fingers crossed the kittens won't create a big chaos :D
