The house is in very central location close to Cambridge city centre and Elizabeth way bridge. Both Cambridge north and central stations are a short 12 minute cycle away. The river Cam is a 5 minute walk across Logan’s meadow. The area is a relatively quiet family friendly neighbourhood.
The kitchen and 2 bathrooms will be shared. There is car parking space in the drive and a fence to lock your bike.
Rent is £850 a month. Security deposit is 1 months rent. Utilities: washing machine , dishwasher, internet and all bills are included. The rent includes council tax. The room is available for viewing virtually. Tenancy can begin 7th August. Room is non-smoking but you can smoke outside.
