Double Room in Plant-Filled House

I am looking for a friendly professional female to take over my double room in this spacious, clean and bright house in Chesterton - a 20 minute cycle along the river to the city center.

Current flatmates include a music therapist, a research assistant and a charity worker who all love to cook and watch movies/TV shows together. They also enjoy going for walks and the occasional visit to the pub or coffee shop.

They are looking for someone who is clean (and happy to use a cleaning rota), and who enjoys spending time in shared spaces, but also values time to themselves.

Working from home is absoloutley fine - the room gets lots of light and is nice and warm!

The room has has space for a small double/double bed and a desk. You would share a bathroom with two others, and have access to a downstairs loo. There is a good sized patio/garden with rear access for bikes, a shared lounge and kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a parking space out front that is currently used by one flatmate, but plenty of room on the street outside.

There is a Tescos Local and post office 2 minutes walk away, 3 minutes walk to the river and 10 minute cycle to Tescos Extra, Aldi and lots of other big shops!

Rent is £575 a months with an additional £100 est. for bills. Deposit is £692.
