We are looking for a housemate to join us in this very pretty semi-detached house in Cambridge Chesterton area. Rent includes all bills (water, electricity, internet and council tax band C).

The room / house:
The house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached with a large lounge/dining area, a massive kitchen and a large garden with a shed at the back. It has all main facilities (oven, dishwasher, washing machine). Located in a residential, quiet area, close to the north train station, with direct services to London King’s Cross and Liv Street. The science park is a 5-minute cycle away andit takes 15 minutes to the city centre and the Universities. The area is well served by busses, Citi 1 (till late) and Citi 2 (very close). Local shops (Tesco Express and a Co-op) are within a 5-minute walk, same for pubs (Green Dragon, Milton Arms and The Golden Hind). Free parking is available on the street at the front.
The room is located on the first floor, it is bright with a garden view, shares a bathroom with another male housemate (the third bedroom is en-suite and located on the ground floor). The room is furnished with a double bed, some shelving, chair and chest of drawers. Newly painted.
This is also ideal for someone commuting to Cambridge for work and needs a room from Mon - Fri only.

Who we are/who we’re looking for:
We are two professionals (female 40+, and male 40). Our lifestyle is fairly balanced between work and socials. We enjoy the comfort of this home and respect each other’s privacy and space. We keep it clean on the rota basis and maintain the garden during warmer months. We keep each other in the loop about having guests over etc. We are looking for a like-minded individual, who will ideally rent long-term. You will be a professional (30-50), non smoker, sociable, clean and kind, who will make themselves at home.
