Double room

Hiya, we have a room available in our 3 bed house in Chesterton/arbury. The house is 15 min walk from the river/jesus green, and a 20 min walk into the city centre with lots of access to buses.

The room is a double room at the front of the house, It's unfurnished we also have a study upstairs which is currently unused and we are happy to give to whoever is moving in as extra space so you’ll get two rooms for the price as one.

The rest of the house consists of a hallway, utility room, kitchen, dining area and sitting room, bathroom with bath and shower, a second toilet , a massive garden/outdoor sitting area and a front drive with a parking space.

You’d be sharing with me (Martine and Destiny. We’re looking for someone friendly and sociable who’d be up for the occasional trip to the pub, or to get coffee together or a movie night in.

Details: the room’s £583 deposit (673) 5 weeks rent a month plus bills which are about £120 give or take. It's run by an estate agent (on behalf of private landlord) who never give us any hassle but are good at sorting stuff out if any problems arise. It would be a 1 year tenancy.
