I’m a current tenant in a two-bedroom house in CB4, and I’m letting my room for the summer. The house has a furnished kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a spacious living/dining area, two bathrooms (one large upstairs, one smaller downstairs with washing machine and dryer), and a rear garden with a bike shed. It’s about a 10-minute trip into the city centre by either bus or bicycle. The weekly rent for the available room is £200, which includes all bills and council tax.
