A well sized ground floor room (room 3 on floor plan). All bills are included. The flat itself is in a small block of eight flats which is well managed by the landlord.

There will be two other females sharing the large kitchen/dinner and bathroom and we are looking for another female tenant.

Furniture in the room includes: Chairs, large fitted wardrobe and shelving units. We can discuss what further furniture might be required.

The block of flats is just north of the river within walking distance of the centre and well located for all Cambridge University departments, Anglia Ruskin, the Science Park and Addenbrookes.

There is a communal terrace/garden, with storage for bicycles.

Car parking is available by arrangement
