Double room in friendly 3 bed house

We have a double room available from around 12th December in our 3 bed house in Chesterton.

The house is 5 mins from the river, Stourbridge Common, a 10 min cycle into town and a 10 minute walk from Cambridge North station.

The room is a bright double room at the front of the house, with some furniture included as well as extra wardrobe space in the spare room upstairs.

The rest of the house consists of a hallway, utility room, kitchen with gas hob, dining area, sitting room, bathroom with bath and separate shower, a decent size garden/outdoor sitting area and a front drive with a parking space.

You'd be sharing with myself (Bradley 👋) and Charles. We're looking for someone friendly and sociable who'd be up for the occasional trip to the pub or coffee together.

Details: the room's £650 a month plus bills which are about £130, so about £780 all in.
