A furnished room with a large single (or small double) bed, double wardrobe & bedside drawers & lamp, overlooking the gardens at the back of the house, bedding and towels included if required.

£550 Monday to Friday preferred, the occassional weekend is OK - please ask.

The wardrobe is double with drawers, full size wall mirror.
Viewings are welcome by arrangement, but please tell us about yourself – where you work or study, what brings you to Cambridge etc.

# Access into central Cambridge, by road, bus or cycle, please check our location is suitable for your work or study location.

# Coton village is close to Madingley Rd Park & Ride and we are approx. 4 miles outside of Cambridge centre, there is a garden centre close by with a lovely farm shop and Sainsburys at Eddington.

# There is a dedicated cycle path into Cambridge along the back of West Cambridge site, and Grange Rd., takes about 15/20 mins - depending on how quick you cycle ;-}} and regular bus routes too.

# My hubby & I are very young at heart hard working 60 somethings... plus one other super cool professional person.

# I’m currently working from home most days so the room is best suited to a professional who will ‘go out’ to work each day.

# Plenty of free on street parking and bike store area (provide your own lock)

# Shared kitchen and bathroom, separate loo.

# I am veggie and would prefer a non-meat eater or someone very aware of preparing/cooking meat separately. Separate cooking utensils are provided
