Household contribution (all-inclusive)
£650 per month contribution towards shared household costs, including gas, electric, water, broadband, council tax (C) and TV licence.

You’ll have use of all household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, tumble dryer etc). Bedding, towels and kitchenware can be provided if helpful.

This is an owner-occupied home, so it’s a shared household arrangement.

About the household
You’ll be sharing with a friendly, considerate teacher. My 16-year-old daughter stays every other week, so I’m looking for a like-minded female professional who is easy-going, independent, responsible, and comfortable in a calm, family-friendly home.
