A double room with bathroom in 3 bed house in South Cambridge-2 mins from J10 M11-10/15 mins drive to Addenbrookes/central Cambridge, good cycling routes to Cambridge, 10 mins from Whittlesford Parkway train station (London Liverpool street-Cambridge line).We are looking for a considerate, clean and tidy housemate who enjoys socialising and having a laugh but is also independent. We enjoy a glass of wine in the evening to unwind after work. The house is fully furnished (room can be unfurnished if you prefer-pots/pans plates etc all included) with a good sized garage for bikes etc and a nice garden for BBQs in the summer.
