Hi, this is a newly refurbished 4-bed house, brand new kitchen. This double room is downstairs, next to the entrance with its own toilet. Quiet family area, will suit a quiet and tidy person, under 5 minute walk to the river, park, town, right next to the town centre (<10 minute walk), 5 minutes walk to supermarket. Own parking spot.

I work away, and am home generally over the weekends. You will have house to yourself most weekdays.

As you will stay here yourself mostly, I'll expect you to keep house tidy (areas that you use in my absence). This is a cul de sac with family neighbourhood so will suit someone who likes quiet, clean and tidy place.
