I have a cat who isn't accepting of other animals but something that stays in your room may be considered at £50pm extra.
There is opportunity to reduce rent by up to £75 if you're eco minded, actively clean, provide your own consumables.

I'm asking for £600 deposit. Room is downstairs and there's a toilet and sink just down the hall by the shared kitchen. Roughly 3m x 4m, £600 pm rent includes bills and space in loft for storage.
The first month's rent can be withheld by you if you can show me a plan to use it to upgrade the room in the first 3 months, deep clean, decorate, new furnishings etc

House is based basically on top of a bus stop, there's room in the shed if you need to store a bike, car parking isn't allocated but we don't often struggle and town is a twenty/thirty minute walk.

Bathroom recently refurbed, separate shower, kitchen and stairway recently decorated. New windows and external doors planned around the time the room is ready, haven't got an actual date so you may want to hold out a week for the work to be finished.
