The house has been renovated to a high spec throughout and is just 3 1/2 minutes walk to the ticket machines in Ely train station (15-20 minutes to Cambridge) and 2 1/2 minutes walk to Tesco. Underfloor heating is cosy in the winter, and the garden is a sun trap in the summer ideal for bbqs. There is on street parking around the house.

About me: I'm a former teacher, now working in the examinations world at Cambridge University Press and Assessment.

I have one other tenant living here who works in Cambridge. They are quiet, clean, and considerate.

More information: The house has been transformed with wood flooring downstairs and underfloor heating. It has a modern kitchen with appliances including a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a huge walk-in shower/wet room shared between 2 bedrooms. The rooms are a good size and contain a large wardrobe and drawers with a desk and a double bed with mattress.

The house is 2 minutes walk to the river, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and 7 minutes walk into town.

I'm happy to give a video conference tour of the house. My main aim is to find someone to click with the rest of the household.
