En suite double bedroom available

We have an en suite double bedroom available to rent. The bedroom and en suite bathroom have recently been refurbished, and are fully furnished.

The current household includes myself and my partner (live-in landlords) and our lovely housemate. The room is in a six bedroom house (across three floors), so there is plenty of space for everyone. We will not be renting out any further rooms so the household will be a total of four adults only.

All bills are included, as well as a weekly cleaner for your en suite bathroom.

We have a large shared kitchen and a comfortable dining room. We are situated close to all local amenities- the centre of Ely is a 10 minute walk, Ely train station is a 20-25 minute walk. We live in a quiet residential area.

We are a friendly and considerate household. We are experienced house sharers and like getting to know new people.

We work long hours Mon-Fri so we are a quiet household during the week, we are therefore looking for a professional who has a similar routine, and we are a non-smoking household.
