Double Room on 1st Floor

Room on first floor overlooking Back garden next to bathroom Double bed, drawers and hanging space. Bathroom is shared with two others.

Bathroom has shower in bath with constant hot water

Must be a cat lover as I have one very spoilt female cat that came from Cats Protection 2 Years ago, who has the run of the house.

Want someone for a short let, will consider weekly but would prefer 1 to 2 months

I will know on the 6th of April as to whether I am re letting my smaller downstairs room but just Mon to Fri. Ideally you will be working in the area and travelling home at weekends.

It is essential that you are a quiet person as we go to bed around 10pm and are up at 6am

Bed linen is provided along with pots, pans, cups, plates, knives & forks etc

I have one 2 other lodgers, Mon to Friday

We have broadband
