Double room to let for single person

I am looking for someone who is a professional like me, works on site, i. e. not from home, is friendly, polite, tidy and has a good sense of humour. As it’s my home, I’m obviously looking for someone I can get on with.

I have a cat, Theo, who is very friendly.

You will have a furnished double bedroom and your own bathroom (next door to bedroom). I live in a 3-storey townhouse just off KIng's Avenue which is a 20 minutes walk into the centre. The bedroom overlooks the garden and beyond that a large green space. You can see Ely cathedral in the distance.

You will have access to the kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc) dining room, lounge, room downstairs overlooking the garden (has seating and small table), utility (washing machine) parking, garage (if you have a bike), garden, WiFi.

There is a train station in Ely and you can get to Cambridge in 15/20 minutes.

I work for a mental health charity, am quite easy going, have a good sense of humour and love live music.
