Use of main bathroom & shower located directly next to room (may have to share bathroom with one other person).
Regular clean bedding and towels provided.
Joint use of beautifully landscaped garden, garden furniture, entertainment and barbeque area by arrangement.
Joint use of kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer and dining room area.
Separate fridge/freezer supplied.
Free off road parking for one vehicle.
Use of internet and all utility bills included.
No smoking ― no pets (owners have a cat).
