I have a large lounge that can be used at any time with a 50 inch tv with sky cinema .A large kitchen / diner to eat and prepare your meals . Use of washer and tumbler all included in the rent . There is off road parking, a patio and garden to relax in . I have 2 male tenants working professional’s both of which are often not here weekends . Although the rent is £100 a week .
There is a room service charge of £10 a week service to change bed linen and for room cleaning.
