Large room in modern Eynesbury townhouse. The house is end of terrace and newly decorated and carpeted.

We are letting out a large 17' x 9'10" furnished room on the second floor. It has a double ottoman bed, double wardrobe and bedside table from Oak Furnitureland, full length mirror, TV stand and large chest of drawers.

The bathroom is on the first floor which you would only be sharing with one person, who isn't home much.

We are within walking distance to Tesco, and there are lovely walks just a couple of minutes from the house. Nice short walk to River Mill pub too. 25 minutes walk to Riverside Park or town centre. Very well equipped kitchen diner with tumble dryer. Downstairs wc. Cosy living room which doesn't really get used at the moment.

All bills and WiFi included.

Secure parking space in gated car park. Lovely garden with seating, sun loungers etc and a shed for storage (you can also use the loft if needed, the hatch is in the bedroom we are letting out). There's also loads of parking out the front as well as a nice green space. It's a quiet neighbourhood.

We are pet friendly, but no cats please.

Housemates are all 20s-30s and very friendly - the homeowner, her brother, and another lady who has a dog. We always used to say we preferred females due to safety issues with male tenants in the past - to ensure that women living here feel safe in their home. Obviously now we have a mix but my brother is lovely and there are no concerns if you're a woman looking for a mainly female house.

Homeowner works a lot and often stays at her partner's house so isn't home much. Brother works long hours and his girlfriend spends some time at the house when he's home and they're not with her family. He smokes, outside of course.

Rent is 800pcm including everything. Clean and tidy professionals please. Smokers are okay but outside only please. It's important to us that we find someone who is a good fit for everyone living here at the moment and who will look after our home. We keep our home in a lovely condition and any repairs etc are actioned immediately. We aren't clean freaks but keep the house clean so it's a nice place to live for everyone.

Available mid February, no exact date yet but dependent on when the current occupant moves.
