Spacious, bright and peaceful double room with its own shower/toilet . You would be sharing with me - a 57 year old professional woman, and my adult sons when they are home from University. The spare bedroom and shower are downstairs and in a separate area of the house. You will be sharing the kitchen and the house has two downstairs living rooms. Use of the room and shower/loo will be exclusive. Foxton has a train station for access to Cambridge and London Kings Cross. There is plenty of parking and use of a small gym with weights and a treadmill. The garden is large and can be accessed from the bedroom which has its own patio.
