Tesco is only 5 mins drive away. The bus stop is 2 mins walk away from the house, with regular bus service to Cambridge city centre.

The house is a new build (circa 2015) and has a spacious living room with dining table, a modern kitchen with all the usual appliances (fridge+freezer, oven/grill, washing machine+dryer, dish washer, etc.), downstairs WC, and a storage room. It has a big garden for those who like gardening, and to host BBQ parties in the summer ;) The tenant gets their own private bathroom.

There is plenty of guest parking available on site. Bikes can be stored in the garden shed.

The house is shared with one additional occupant, who is a quiet young working male professional.

All bills (including broadband) are included in the rent.
