The House

The Housemates (not a couple by the way)
Currently a male and female both in their 20s. Very tidy, quiet and friendly, the room would suit someone with a similar nature aged between 26 and 35. The right person will be willing to pitch in with looking after the house and to join in with polishing off any communal cakes / biscuits as and when they appear!

The Room
Approximately 10x16ft. Situated at the front of the house with 2 windows so plenty of light. Comes furnished but you can get rid of furniture if you prefer does have a built in wardrobe. Easily fits a double bed leaving plenty of room to swing a cat (strictly prohibited by the landlord of course).
