The house is calm and well-maintained. I live here full-time and am looking for a female student or professional to share the space. You’ll have your own room and shared use of the living-room, kitchen, bathroom and patio.
Grantchester is a genuinely lovely place to live - peaceful, green and very well connected to the city by cycle path and road. Ideal if you want to be close to Cambridge without being in the middle of it.
About me: I work with deep tech startups in Cambridge, keep fairly quiet hours, and enjoy nature, science and culture. I’m looking for someone easygoing with a similar outlook, for a short-term let.
